An existing eight-storey, west-facing apartment building transformed into four exclusive residences with a contemporary character suited to its coastal setting.

To retain the property's zoning rights, the rear portion was preserved while the front section was demolished and reconstructed using terraced concrete platforms on a reinforced beam-and-column structure.

Aluminium sliding doors and windows maximise light while keeping privacy; projecting pergolas with vertical shade blinds and angled screening handle the western sun. Each apartment has underfloor heating, individual heat-pump water heating and air conditioning, with a central inverter and battery-storage system for backup power.
